The Company is the sole distributor of Inventec Besta Company Ltd. based in Taiwan, a worldwide leader in electronic dictionary technology. CyberDict’s product strategy is "Best Contents Come First". To that end the Company has been pioneer in the development of the best contents of electronic dictionary – with exclusive dictionary licenses with Prof. Dr. Wit; Oxford River- Books English-Thai Dictionary; Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary; Longman American-English Dictionary; Chinese-Thai Dictionary by Prof. Pei Xiaorui of Beijing University; Japanese-Thai Dictionary by Master Santaro; Britannica Concise Encyclopedia, etc. The company believes a good electronic dictionary comes with real printed dictionaries, but not translation services.

Management
Dr. Charles Cheung is the Managing Director and the founder of the company. Dr. Cheung has over 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in information technology industry. In 1976, he began his career with the Computer Division of Olivetti (Hong Kong) Ltd. as a Sales Representative. In 1978, he joined Solution Systems Ltd., a distributor of Lanier/ Workplex and FourPhase Computers as a Sales Executive and was promoted after a year to be the Sales Manager. He held that position until 1983, when he joined Wang Asia Area Distributor Operations, a subsidiary of Wang Laboratories Inc. USA.
In his thirteen years career with Wang, Dr. Cheung worked in varies management positions, of which six years as Country Manager in Thailand. Other positons including Asia Area Distributor Manager, Business Development Manager, Manager and Chief Contracting Officer of Federal System Division attached to U.S. Eight Army in Korea, Asia Area Sales Trainer, Certified Consultant of Business Process Management, Quality Leadership Program Modulater and Strategic Planning Facilitor, etc. In 1996, Dr. Cheung took over the subsidiary of Wang Laboratories Inc. in Thailand (management buy-out) and established OpenTech Company Ltd. and CyberDict Technology Ltd.
Dr. Cheung have been living and working in Thailand since 1988. In addition to his duties in CyberDict and OpenTech, he is currently the Honorary Treasurer of the Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide and the Chairman of the Competition Sub-Committee of the Board of Trade in Thailand. He also served two terms as the President of the Thai Hong Kong Trade Association.
Dr. Cheung received his Professional Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K.), a Master Degree in International Marketing from University of Strathclyde (U.K.), a MBA Degree from University of Chicago (U.S.A.), and a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Australia. He is also a graduate of the Standford University NUS Executive Program
