| Our company had specified the Repair Unit Collection Counter in order to accelerate the In/Out process of the repaired unit. We had fixed the time of the repair unit transportation twice a week for each counter. The locations of Repair Unit Collection Counter are as following. |

Cash Payment Method |

- You can make the cash payment for the repairing service charge of the device at our CyberDict’s counter service.
- If you prefer to collect your device back from our “Repair Unit Collection Counter” , please make the payment with cash and get the CyberDict cash receipt from the our officer.

Credit Card Payment Method |
| |
- The Credit Card Payment Method must be made only at our Customer Service Department of CyberDict Technology Company.

Parcel Post Postage Payment Method |
| |
- Parcel Post Postage Payment Method” is convenience for the customers who send their device from the provincial area as parcel post. There will be the letter from the post office, which will inform you to collect your device and make the service charge payment at the post office. The service charge will equal to the cost that we had informed you during the requisition of the permission to repair your device.

Via Web site Payment Method |
| |
- If you live in the provincial area or outside Thailand, you can make the payment via our web site by using the VISA or Master Card which will cost equal to the cost that we had informed you during the requisition of the permission to repair your device plus the transportation cost.

Money Transfer to CyberDict Bank’s Account Method |
| |
- Account Number: 124-4-133607, Bangkok Bank Lumpini Branch, Account Name: CyberDict Technology Limited, (For the person who make the money transfer from provincial area please include the money transfer fee 30 Baht)
- Once you already made the money transfer, please send the FAX of money transfer’s evidence also along with your Name – Surname, Address and Telephone number to the Fax No: 0-2285-5040. We need the above detail in order to contact you in case of any emergency and to inform you the Service Record Number.

- Use the adapter which comes along with the device only. Please do not modify other adapters to use with the device.
- To maximize the rechargeable battery, please recharge only when the device indicated that the battery is low.
- Please remove the battery to prevent the leakage of the acid from the battery which will damaged the device when the device will not be used over an extended period of time.
- Always backup the data to avoid the lost of your valuable data.
- Resetting the device may cause the lost of your personal data.
- Use the stylus pen which comes along with the device only. To prevent the scratching on the screen.
- To clean the display screen, rub the screen lightly with a piece of dry and soft fabric. Do not use any volatile liquid.
- The device is non-waterproof. Please keep the device away from any liquid.
- The LCD screen may broke or cracked if the device is falls to the ground or press by the heavy substance.
